How XColdPro Works

Wallet creation, key isolation, and offline transaction signing, step by step.

1. Create the wallet offline

The wallet and its BIP39 seed are generated inside the air-gapped environment, on a machine with no network path.

2. Build the transaction online

An online device assembles the unsigned transaction, which carries no secret material.

3. Sign across the gap

The unsigned transaction is carried over by QR code or USB media, signed inside the isolated environment, and the signed result is carried back for broadcast.

4. Approve with multiple devices

For M-of-N approval, each cosigner signs a digest of the exact transaction on their own device. Finalisation verifies every signature, so changing the recipient, the amount, or the threshold invalidates the approvals already collected.
