XColdPro Use Cases
What the platform is actually used for: long-term holding, multi-party treasuries, travel and border crossings, inheritance planning, and privacy-sensitive transfers.
Long-term self-custody
The base case is holdings meant to sit untouched for years, where the risk is not a clever attack but time: a device that fails, a seed written once and lost, an heir who cannot get in. Air-gapped storage plus threshold backup addresses that shape of risk.
Shared treasuries
DAOs, funds and corporate treasuries need approval spread across people. Citadel M-of-N multisig lets a transaction require several cosigners, each working from their own air-gapped device, so no single person or machine can move funds alone.
Travel and border crossings
Carrying access through a checkpoint is a different problem from securing it at home. The operational protocols exist for exactly that: evacuating to destinations chosen in advance, and wiping what is left on the device.
Inheritance
Self-custody removes the institution that would normally hand assets to an estate. Lazarus fills that gap with a dead man's switch and encrypted instructions to named beneficiaries, without a seed ever being transmitted.
Privacy-sensitive transfers
Where a transfer should not link a counterparty back to your main wallet, XBurnPro puts a disposable wallet in between, with a claim window and a refund path.
Coverage
All of it runs across the 22 supported networks, with ERC-20 and SPL tokens on top.
