At XColdPro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your XColdPro hardware wallet for a full refund. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective under warranty.
This policy complies with Colorado consumer protection laws and follows industry best practices for cryptocurrency hardware security devices.
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
If you have used the device (including generating a wallet, entering a seed phrase, or connecting to a computer), it is considered used and is not eligible for return — except in cases of manufacturing defect covered under warranty.
Hardware wallets are personal security devices. Once used, they cannot be safely resold or reused due to security considerations.
Breaking the security seal voids return eligibility, even if the device was not activated. This protects the integrity of our security devices.
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
Email support@xcoldpro.com within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographs (if damaged).
We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number with detailed return instructions.
Send to: XColdPro Returns Department, XDRIP Digital Management LLC, Colorado Springs, CO 80909, USA. Use tracked shipping and include RA number on package.
Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

• Do not send your device to the manufacturer — all returns must be sent directly to XColdPro
• XColdPro is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during customer-initiated returns
We may issue a partial refund in the following circumstances:

We will send a replacement unit at no additional cost.
Return the defective item using the prepaid return label we provide (for defective items only).
We do not exchange items for different models or colors unless the wrong item was shipped. Exchanges are for identical replacement units only.
XColdPro hardware wallets include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
For warranty claims beyond the 30-day return window, contact support@xcoldpro.com with your proof of purchase and description of the defect.
If the item was purchased as a gift:

• Retain proof of shipment
We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Please use a reliable carrier with tracking.
Do not open the device if you are uncertain about keeping it. Once the security seal is broken, the device cannot be returned except for defect.
Retain all packaging and accessories. Missing components may void your return eligibility or result in a partial refund.
Photograph the device and packaging upon receipt. Documentation may be helpful in case of shipping damage or disputes.
Register your device for warranty tracking and enhanced support services.
Under Colorado law (Colorado Consumer Protection Act), consumers have certain rights regarding product returns and refunds. This policy is designed to meet or exceed those requirements.
