Purchase Policy

All XColdPro purchases are processed immediately. Upon order confirmation, customers receive their license key and secure download link via email — no waiting period required.

Release Candidate Subscribers

Customers who participated in the XColdPro Release Candidate program are entitled to an exclusive discount on all editions as recognition of their early support and contribution to product development. Discount details and redemption codes are communicated directly to eligible subscribers via email. All other customers purchase at the standard retail price.

Preorder Store

The preorder store at preorder.xcoldpro.com is a temporary purchasing platform active while our primary storefront is being finalized. The experience is identical to a standard purchase — you pay, you receive your license, you download immediately. Once the main shop at shop.xcoldpro.com launches, all purchases will transition there seamlessly.

Digital Products — Software Licenses

All BootVault software license purchases (Frost, HellBound, Nyxor) are final and non-refundable once the activation code has been generated and delivered. License keys are delivered instantly upon order confirmation. Each license permits activation on up to 3 devices. License management is available at portal.xcoldpro.com.

Physical Products — ColdGuardian Hardware

ColdGuardian hardware may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided the unit is unused and all tamper-evident seals remain intact. ColdGuardian devices with broken tamper-evident seals cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection confirms the unit is in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Activated BootVault software licenses (Frost, HellBound, Nyxor). ColdGuardian devices with broken or missing tamper-evident seals. SHIELD Protocol subscriptions — cancel anytime, no refunds for periods already consumed.

Return Process

Contact Support: Email sales@xcoldpro.com with your order number and reason for return. Receive RMA Number: Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days. Ship the Item: Return the product in its original tamper-evident packaging with the RMA number clearly displayed. Refund Processed: Upon inspection and approval, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
