What's Covered

Manufacturing defects in ColdGuardian hardware components. Hardware failures under normal operating conditions. Software functionality issues within the licensed scope of your edition. All BootVault software updates for Frost, HellBound, and Nyxor editions.

What's Not Covered

Physical damage resulting from drops, liquid exposure, or improper handling. Unauthorized hardware modifications or software tampering. Normal wear and tear on physical components over time. Lost master passwords, seed phrases, or recovery keys — safeguarding these credentials is solely the user's responsibility.
